I want to return the item, but it´s impossible!! According to the help centre QA, there should be a button called "return and refund"; however, there's no such option! Neither on the website nor in the application, so it´s impossible to return the item for me! There is no help centre or support where I could get the right answer and help with how to deal with this issue and how and where I can send the item back!! The chat told me that they are busy and I will get the answer in 9-10 days!! Please be so kind as to let me know how I can send the item back and get a refund! Thank you!

I ordered the shoes in size 39, this is my standard shoe size and they fit well, a little loose in the heels but that's ok. It was not clear from the picture that these shoes have a small heel, which is not very high, so it is not a problem. In the shoes, walking is going on almost problem-free. Almost because the heels of the shoes are unfortunately very rough (& don't fit 100%) which is why you rub your heels a bit when you wear them for a long time & walk a lot. So it's better to stick in sneaker socks or these heel adhesive things for high shoes.

Jooms consumer rights are a joke. I ordered this according to the size charts on the product page. It was way too big. I send refund request hassling with taking photos and stuff. Joom denies the request and demands that I *measure* the item?!? What measures do they mean? They just construct more and more loops for you to hop through until you give up. They say I also have the option to return at self-cost but provide no adress. I bought five items, all too big, all based on the item descriptions, from different vendors. So I have to fund return cost

I received my order on time, even though the delivery took a long time. I thought the wait would be worth it. Unfortunately, I discovered that the item does not look like it does in the photos. The top of the swimsuit is blue, the shorts are black, and they don't match. Furthermore, the top is much shorter than depicted in the pictures.. Although I ordered size L, the item fits more like size 36. That's a real shame, because I wanted to take it on holiday..

The color of this 3-piece set received does not conform to its description. But very good quality, just an effort to work on the color to receive which should be dark gray and not too light gray. I had received a very very light gray which almost looks like white, whereas I had ordered in gray but it doesn't matter there are even quality efforts. Thank you Joom and courage for the quality work And above all the color of the set to receive.

There is a problem with this purchase that I am displeased with because I did not buy that model, I bought normal shorts, not with laces on the sides, and the t-shirt-type blouse with a zipper in front, and they sent me the tank top blouse, which seems to me a lack of respect to my person because if the model I bought had not been available, they would have informed me and if I agreed with that other model, then they would have proceeded with the sale because it is not fair to expect one thing and receive another.

This is my third jacket. The current one is nice, but I thought it would be thicker. The first jacket with white and black stripes is thicker than it. The second one is a bit small. I won't take any more risks. The first choice was the best. It could be a little longer. My pockets are almost under my arms. The size tag is also missing. Because of this, I don't know if it's actually the size I ordered because it's a bit small.

1. It's the right size, I wear XL for clothes. 2. The quality is no worse than the swimsuits in the central market 😀 3. The ribbons from the Breast to the waist are not sewn on me, when I wear it I don't like how it sits higher than the edge of the black material on the belly. But I will sew them myself, no problem. 4. It sits nicely on the back, it doesn't tighten anything
