The child is 3, it's a bit wide, ideally I think it would fit around 5 years old, but that's ok, especially if the little girls also wear pigtails. Instead, it also has elastic, in case of wind it will not fly. The elastic is loose, not tight. The product was worth the money

My little heart at 21 months and does not have a small head the cap although it is elastic will not fit him for years but otherwise I love it I recommend the seller and the product Order April 6 received May 5 surely due to covid19
