Warning…. Do not purchase anything from this company. They are a disgrace. I ordered 2 items, one of which was this jacket. It went straight into the bin. The second item never arrived. I have sent so many emails and given them every opportunity to fix this issue and give me a full refund, but no they want you to take a refund in points which is absurd…… it is a scam and illegal the way JOOM are allowed to treat their customers. AVOID if you have any sense. And no it doesn’t deserve 1 star !!!

They're just nice - looking. The calendar numbers are too small to see clearly. The hours and minutes bars are colored with the same color as the arrows - resulting in you get frustrated checking the time. Just a Poor design. Theirs waterproof 30 meters is FAKE. Stopped after I washed my face with handwatches on. I do not recommend of buying. Even for cheap.

I am very disappointed. Firstly, I ordered these balls three times and only two were delivered and some other. Secondly, they arrived just like in the photo Thirdly, they do not look as described, the color is different and all the glitter is attached to the tape at the top and no longer to the ball

Received it today. Off the bat was dissapointed because it is very Light. Because the watch is made from PLASTIC. Plus it was scratched on the side, even tho it was packaged very well. I would not recommend this watch even to my enemies.

Extremely complicated have no clue how to use... not a clue what I am meant to do with it it has arrived I have set up a Sim card I have done everything I’m supposed to do either my one is broken or I’m just clueless.?.

Doesn't work and moreover 4 patches 4 days a rip-off and 5 weeks delivery for a useless product nothing to do with the patches bought on an official site never again will I order from joom
