The backpack broke after 3 days of use. The buckle broke and it can no longer be used because the pocket is not fully closed and everything falls out of it.. I asked for a product exchange and was refused. They only offered a 30% refund, which is absolutely ridiculous. A backpack for 150 PLN breaks after 3 days!

Brought this as part of daughter in-law's present for her birthday, pleased with the product myself but not heard back from her yet. Daughter in law is really pleased with it & will try & keep it for herself as teenage daughters have been eyeing it up to borrow !!😂
