Kitchenaid Artisan 5Ksm185 4.8L Mixer Kitchenaid Color: Gloss Red

KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM185 4.8L Planetary Mixer

Multifunctional planetary mixer with a tilt-head, designed for whipping, aerating, and kneading dough. All-metal construction with stainless steel tools and chrome details.

• The metal housing and non-slip rubber feet keep the device stable on the countertop, even when kneading heavy dough.

• Direct gear drive, without a belt or chain, transfers power simultaneously to the tool in the bowl and the attachment socket, operating more quietly and with less energy loss.

• The tool's planetary motion—rotation around its own axis and simultaneously around the bowl's circumference—engages the entire volume of the mixture and leaves no dead zones near the walls.

• Gradual speed control allows you to adjust the speed from slow mixing of loose ingredients to intense whipping.

• The drive socket on the head allows you to expand the mixer's applications with powered attachments.

• The 4.8L bowl is partially brushed on the outside, and its shape and streamlined body make it easier to keep the device clean.

• Whipping cream, egg whites, mayonnaise, meringue and sponge cakes

• Sponge cakes, gingerbread, cheesecake masses, custard and butter creams

• Yeast cakes: challah, pizza, rye bread, as well as pasta and angel wings dough

• Potato purée, ground masses for cutlets and pâté mass
