1. PPR pipe:PPR pipe is commonly known as three-type polypropylene pipe and random copolymer polypropylene ladder pipe. PPR pipe is a common household hot and cold water pipe, the melting point is around 260-280℃. 2.PB pipe: PB pipe is a polybutene polymer material, known as the gold in plastics, mainly used for heating, the temperature of hot melt connection is about 240℃. 3.PE pipe: PE is polyethylene plastic, the main cold water pipe is mainly used for drainage system, the melting point is about 200-230℃.

1. Accurately grasp the heating time (only for paper test): If the heating time is too short, it is easy to cause uneven heating of the pipe fittings, which will lead to difficulties in matching. If the heating time is too long, the pipe fittings will be easily melte, and there will be too much gelatinous material and will be lost. The selection of heating time can refer to the following table:

The higher the temperature, the shorter the dwell time. At 320 degrees, no need to stay, and it needs to be pulled out immediately after the pipe inserted in place.

DN20, hot melt time 5s DN25, hot melt time 7s DN32, hot melt time 8s

Operation points of hot-melt connection of pipes and fittings: after the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipes and fittings from the heating head at the same time, and insert them into the marked depth quickly and evenly in a straight line without rotation, and form a uniform flange at the auxiliary joint.

2. There should be no rotation when docking:Operation points of hot-melt connection of pipes and fittings: after the heating time is reached, immediately remove the pipes and fittings from the heating head at the same time, and insert them into the marked depth quickly and evenly in a straight line without rotation, and form a uniform flange at the auxiliary joint.

Feature: 15S rapid heating, fast for job prepare. 340℃ smart constant temperature. Wireless portable, not limited by power cord. Paint heat die,no stick pipe and no water leakage. Mica heat insulation head, effectively avoid tool head overheating, avoid to burns. Suitable for hot melt welding of common plastic pipes such as PPR, PE, PB, etc.
