Mfhx 13-18T Static Mixing Nozzle, 2K Adhesive Mixer, 10:1 Mixpac F System, 235

The MFHX 13-18T static mixing nozzle is a precision mixer for processing 2-component hybrid adhesives and sealants in the F system with 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. The 18-piece mixing insert and stepped tip facilitate even material dosing even in hard-to-reach places.

The MFHX 13-18T static mixer is suitable for workshops, mass production, and service applications where repeatable bond quality and minimal material loss are important.

Advantages and unique features

• 18 mixing elements ensure intensive and homogeneous mixing of components A and B

• Support for 4:1 and 10:1 systems - one mixer for several types of 2K cartridges

• Stepped tip allows for cutting the diameter to the required bead width

• Outlet diameter of 13 mm allows for the application of wider material paths

• Length of 235 mm for stable nozzle guidance and work comfort

Properties and applications

• Number of mixing elements – 18: effective mixing of adhesive or sealant without the need for additional processing.

• 4:1 and 10:1 systems: suitable for most two-component hybrid cartridges in the F standard.

• Stepped tip: the possibility of individually adjusting the outlet diameter to the width of the joint or gap being filled.

• Outlet diameter 13 mm: intended for the application of thick beads, fillings and gluing larger surfaces.

• Length 235 mm: facilitates dosing in deeper holes, profiles and hard-to-reach places.

1) Which adhesives is the MFHX 13-18T mixing nozzle suitable for?

The nozzle is designed for two-component adhesives and sealants in system F cartridges with mixing ratios of 4:1 and 10:1, including for hybrid adhesives used in industry and service.

2) Can the nozzle tip be cut to a smaller diameter?

Yes, the stepped tip allows for gradual shortening and adjustment of the outlet diameter to the required joint width.

3) Is the nozzle disposable?

4) Does the nozzle fit all 2K cartridges?

No, the nozzle fits cartridges and dispensing systems in the F standard for 4:1 and 10:1 ratios. Before purchasing, it is worth checking the compatibility of the cartridge system with the MFHX 13-18T designation.
