Widely and quickly applicable to brushless power system products Parameter Output Rating: 20A Input Voltage: 12V Control Signal Type: PWM Throttle Signal Frequency Range: 50–400 Hz Pulse Width: 0.9–2 ms Ambient Temperature: -40 to +85°C Operating Temperature: -40 to +85°C Operating Instructions 1. First, turn the ESC’s knob to the minimum setting and connect the 5V power supply to the ESC; 2. Connect the 12V power supply to the ESC. You will hear the ESC power-up sound. After approximately 2 seconds, a long “beep” indicates a successful self-test. Everything is ready; wait to push the throttle to start the motor; If there is no response, check whether the 12V power supply is functioning properly and whether the 12V power connection is secure. If the motor emits a “beep-beep” sound 2 seconds after power-up, it indicates that the ESC knob has not been turned to the minimum position and the throttle channel is reversed. Turn the knob to the minimum position until you hear a long “beep-----” sound. If the motor emits a “beep-beep, beep-beep, beep-beep” sound (at 1-second intervals) after power-up, this indicates the power supply voltage is too low or too high; please check the power supply voltage. 3. Adjust the ESC controller mode to Manual mode, then begin turning the knob; the motor will start rotating. Frequently Asked Questions 1. Exercise extreme caution when connecting the power supply. Ensure you clearly identify the positive and negative terminals before wiring! We strongly recommend connecting a capacitor and a diode in parallel between the positive and negative terminals to protect the ESC’s other components! 2. This product must be installed in a well-ventilated location. After installing the propellers, ensure there is no risk of interference or collision from people or objects within the propeller’s rotation range! Take proper safety precautions! Before making any adjustments during testing or use, ensure the propellers have come to a complete stop and disconnect the power supply! 3. Some users may hear a beeping sound after installing the ESC, with the motor failing to spin or unable to reach full speed. Possible causes include: a. Ensure the motor and ESC are rated for compatible power b. The three wires on a brushless ESC can be connected in any order. If the rotation direction is incorrect, simply swap any two of the wires. Typically, the wire colors are red for positive, black for negative, and yellow for the signal wire. Package include Module*1 50V/330uF Electrolytic Capacitor*1
