Pakken var meget ødelagt og det var tydeligt at de tunge var skulle have været pakket i en papkasse i stedet for en plastikpose Det er et mindre mirakel at der ikke manglede noget i posen

I confirm that this product is consumed by fish but the manufacturer lies about the weight and JOOM takes no action ... bringing testimonies that there are irregularities they look for hundreds of reasons not to refund the money... Do not purchase these products so that JOOM understands that by lying they have more to lose....🤬 I personally no longer buy this product as a sign of protest. JOOM shame on you and for learning. These 2 customer service assistants Anastasia and Anton if they serve you, ask for other assistants from the start because they ask you to open the package and take a photo inside it and then accuse you of taking some of the product and for this reason they do not refund the money... Shame on you Anastasia, Anton and JOOM... Let the whole world know that you lie to people.....🤬

I bought the toilet brush because of its minimalist design, it doesnt take much space and it looks nice in the bathroom. The product its self is made of light plastic and the closing and opening of the brsuh container is not automatic. I foresee that there will be a challenge with closing and opening the brush container but I haven't used it yet, so I hope it is of good quality and will clean well.

JOOM lies to people with their products... They promise 98 g but it comes 85 g but when you weigh the net product it only has 81 g respectively each customer is deceived with 17 g and for 1000 buyers they make over 17 kg of product with which they deceive 20 more buyers👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 JOOM the most lying online seller... 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

The pendant itself is beautiful but you can't put ashes in it, as it is described, there is only space for this small screw, since I actually wanted to give the necklace to my sister with the ashes of her dog in it, the necklace is useless for me

It is very beautiful and very sweet. Fluffy and soft. I imagined it to be a bit bigger but I still have baby cats. We'll see if they still fit when they're fully grown. Otherwise I think it's really well done.

Umbrellas from China used to have a beautiful top finial made of turned wood. Today, there is only a plastic cap in this place. I also have doubts about the durability of the item, which is assembled with threads. But it's possible that the threads are durable.

Joom is not serious because the weight does not match... They did not refund my money for what they have - 1 and you should think twice before risking buying food products for children from JOOM...👎🏻
