Fuldstændig forkert og billig kopi af hvad jeg bestilte.

I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment with the product that was falsely advertised. I recently purchased the stuffed bear online, and what arrived was nothing like the advertised item. The product was described as a plush, multi-piece bear with a removable sweater. What I received was a poorly constructed bear made from a single piece of felt. The craftsmanship is subpar, to say the least. Instead of being made from multiple pieces to give it a plush, three-dimensional appearance, it's just a flat, shapeless object. Additionally, the sweater, which was advertised as removable, is permanently attached, further highlighting the deceitful nature of the product description. I am deeply disappointed with this purchase and feel misled by the seller's false advertising. This product does not match the description in any way and is a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this product to anyone and advise potential buyers to be wary of this seller's misleading claims.

The positive first... Shipping was very quick and easy to track. Now for the negative.👎🏻 The article does not match the photo description that the seller has posted here. You have to bind the tiny, thin book in the leather cover yourself and the enclosed "paper scraps" - that's all you can really say about it, the miniatures are very cheaply made. The map is totally blurry and nowhere near as big as shown in the photos by the manufacturer. So you don't get what you actually hoped to get. Everything seems very cheap and not detailed.. So if you are expecting to get a nice, old, packed notebook from Indiana Jones' father, you will be disappointed here, and I can only advise against buying it. I took some photos of what it actually looks like.

The quality of the item is extremely poor. It looks good in the photo, but it's just trash. The information provided at the time of purchase is completely inaccurate. Furthermore, the wrong parts were delivered. The order complaint also does not work, the site is designed and programmed in such a way that you always come to a dead end, there is no form as described and no email address to send the complaint. I will never order anything from Joom again and advise everyone not to. Bottom line – a total disappointment.

ordered a latex mask exactly as shown in the listing, and received a completely different product. This was not a small variation — it was the wrong item. At first, they offered me only a partial refund, which is unacceptable when the seller is clearly at fault. Only after I insisted and sent photos did they agree to a full refund.. Very poor experience, unprofessional behavior, and an attempt to get away with less. I will not buy from this seller again

A failure, a waste of money and certainly not worth such an amount, completely unlike what I ordered, in my opinion it is good for nothing, wags its tail like a dog, makes sounds, goes forward, and the fur is completely different from what is shown, a piece of cloth with which the metal frame is covered, also unfortunately not suitable for cuddling, a disaster.

Not as advertised terrible meowing that doesn't stop, not suitable as a toy . Runs around aimlessly is unusable 😩 pity about the money battery was also not included. Box damaged. Made in China Refund is not possible as this is not possible in the app. Save your money 😢

Hello, good evening, I wasn't expecting something worthy of the biggest brands, that's clear, however I am very disappointed with what I received. The acrylics don't look at all like the exhibition images, furthermore it turns out that I had empty slots without any acrylics in them...
