[Product Description]

D'Addario's XS Bass strings are designed for bassists who seek durability without sacrificing sound clarity and response. All strings feature ultra-thin film coating, providing unprecedented protection and durability. They offer an incredibly smooth playing feel while maximizing string lifespan. Additionally, XS Bass strings utilize D'Addario's proprietary high-carbon alloy NY Steel and an improved nickel-plated steel winding. This results in excellent durability (resistance to breaking), high tuning stability, and an iconic tone similar to NYXL. The latest coating technology combined with D'Addario's unique manufacturing techniques has led to the creation of an innovative coating string for bass that is unmatched.

【Ultra-Thin Coating】 Thanks to XS coating technology, the winding is well protected from dirt and corrosion-causing foreign substances, ensuring stable tone over time and maximum string life.

【Premium Wrap Wire】 The improved nickel-plated steel winding has been redesigned to optimize the core-to-winding ratio. It maintains a familiar playing feel while emphasizing overtones.

【NY Steel】 The core wire uses D'Addario's proprietary NY Steel, which is also highly regarded in the NYXL series. It boasts exceptional strength and tuning stability compared to conventional strings.

【Iconic Tone】 Compared to typical coated strings, these strings have less sound attenuation (acoustic damping), faithfully reproducing D'Addario's clear and pure iconic tone.

Please note that due to manufacturer design changes, appearance, color, and specifications may change without notice.
