Pasta Roller with Two Cutters 5KSMPRA for KitchenAid Planetary Mixers

A set of attachments for the planetary mixer, used for rolling out sheets of dough and cutting them into pasta. The sheeter stretches the dough into ribbons up to 140 mm wide, and the included cutters shape them into tagliatelle ribbons and round spaghetti.

• Eight thickness settings allow you to choose a sheet from a thick sheet to a thin ribbon, and use a single dough for a variety of products.

• The dough roller handles all non-sticky and rollable doughs, so it's not limited to pasta.

• The ribbon cutter shapes fettuccine and tagliatelle with an even width along the entire length of the sheet.

• The spaghetti cutter cuts round pasta with a 2 mm diameter, and when rolled out on the thinnest setting, it produces fine pasta for broth.

• The mixer is powered, leaving both hands free to guide the dough sheet.

• Lasagna ribbons and homemade cut pasta

• Dough for pierogi and angel wings

• Puff pastry and filo pastry

• Shortcrust pastry for muffins and gingerbread dough

• Type: Mixer attachment

• Spaghetti diameter: 2 mm

• Rolled sheet width: up to 140 mm

• Function: Making pasta, rolling dough

• Number of thickness settings: 8

Use and maintenance

• The sheeter and cutters are not dishwasher safe.

• Use the included brush to remove any dried dough.
