Molykote -0052Fm Bearing Grease 380G

MOLYKOTE Bearing Grease for the Food and Beverage Industry

Thanks to its food safety certification and reliable performance, MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM Bearing Grease is widely used in the food industry. This unique, food-safe grease is specifically designed for the lubrication of bearings, chains, gears, guides, and slides in production machinery.

In addition, it can be used for pumps, gears and conveying mechanisms in high humidity environments or in cleaning processes where contamination of the grease with black particles must be strictly avoided.

Benefits of MOLYKOTE G-0052FM Bearing Grease

• Provides reliable lubrication in food processing environments without black particles

• Washout resistance in wet or humid conditions

• Increased reliability and shorter service intervals thanks to EP capacity

• Safe for use on contact points with only incidental food contact

• Suitable for various cleaning/washing processes without loss of performance

How to use MOLYKOTE food-grade bearing grease?

To properly apply MOLYKOTE food-grade bearing grease, start by thoroughly cleaning the contact points. MOLYKOTE G-0052 FM grease can then be applied manually, using a grease gun, automatic grease pump, or centralized lubrication system, depending on the application and equipment.

For plain or journal bearings, fresh grease is pumped until the old grease is visibly displaced from the outlet, completely refreshing the system. For ball and roller bearings, it is recommended to follow the manufacturer's specific instructions.

Apply the grease evenly and avoid over-application: a thin, well-distributed layer of grease usually provides the best protection and performance.
