Vacuum packaging and temporary wrinkles
To ensure safe transportation and optimize logistics costs, our blankets are all packaged in a folded manner. Due to the long international shipping time (more than 10 days), slight wrinkles or creases upon arrival are normal, especially for larger-sized blankets.
Please note: These wrinkles are the natural result of the packaging process and are not a quality issue. They will not affect the functionality, durability, or safety of the blanket.
With regular use, the wrinkles will naturally smooth out and fade over time. If you want to recover it faster, you can also solve it by ironing.
