The product arrived damaged because it wasn't protected—it should have been inside a box, not just a plastic bag. Consequently, the delicate mechanism was crushed by the weight of other parcels, and the mechanism's pins were ruined. I would like a replacement for the mechanism itself, shipped with proper protection. In the photos, I show the condition in which it arrived and present the new mechanism alongside the old one (the type with the winding key) to demonstrate how the pin should look.

Alles i.O.

Let's say that if it did not arrive damaged I would have put a different review from this one that was definitely damaged in transport crushed I would say in transport ask for a refund by contacting the Joom customer service obviously they can not do anything But to those who transported them even if maybe they could put some bumpers in addition this suggestion that I give to the seller because I have seen that many people received it damaged and many intact so you have to think that material Maybe it is not good or the mail services are worth it

I don't know yet if the cat will have a blast with it but the package in a small padded envelope, the cardboard box of the toy arrived completely crushed and it's really a shame for making a small gift. Small yes but it's still a waste. I wasn't in a hurry fortunately but the delivery time was long. Update: the cat is terrified 😒

It just slide back and forth ie. without adjusting grid although it has a device on the back. Throw away toy and at this price I can expect more. report support; There is simply no final check, I have other items that I criticize.

To tell you the truth it has been more than one month, but Thank you just the same I am very happy that I know you Joom I love buying from you because I am with rest of mind that I will surely receive what I buy from you. Thank you very much Martin
