Women Fall Winter Stand Collar Hooded Solid Color Zipper Long White Duck Down Jacket S-7XL

The coat is of excellent quality and condition. And I love the colour and texture of the material. But unfortunately it is too small. I wish to return it for a couple of sizes bigger. Please let me know how I do this. Thank you 😊 XXL size would be better. Could I also change delivery address

Never purchase anything from joom. If the article does not fit, it is difficult to return. I bought two jackets from joom. The size was not perfect. Now, I want to return, but they are giving me a lot of excuses. I don't purchase anymore from joom.

Nice down jacket. The quality is good. Not the first from this seller. The cut near the right pocket was very, very disappointing. It was probably made with something very thin and sharp, most likely with a razor.

I am very pleased with this jacket. It is light weight, has zipped pockets and the hood is detachable. Good for autumn and chilli days. It is well made and looks good on
