Maravillo💥 Clean dry and wet We can deposit water 💦 in the device, it has a tank and releases water as needed and we can also pour any type of specific cleaning product on the glass, we can clean wet and then polish dry so that it does not leave marks 💯 It's wonderful It has a remote control in times of need, we can activate it to pour water from the device's tank or add it directly to the glass👍 With the remote control we direct it in any direction, reaching the window frame it stops. A true wonder for crystals👌 100% recommended💯 I leave you a short video of its operation🤩 It is very easy to use and I don't need any type of configuration😁 Correct packaging📦 It arrived in 2 boxes packed📦 With replacement cloths👍👌💪😍 So we can use one refill for wet💦 and another for dry💥

The product works well if you have large windows, perhaps high and difficult to reach. Cleaning is of reasonable quality, shame about the marks and the marks from the 2 rollers remain even if they are replaced several times during cleaning. For normal home windows with small dimensions, as far as I'm concerned, purchasing doesn't make sense.

At first glance everything seems great, it's just a shame that there is no German version Manuals included

Bad support. An invoice was requested and so far no response!

Cleans well. It makes quite a lot of noise. Leave a mark where it ends.

Very effective and easy to handle

Delivered on time 👍

Wonder 👌🏻

Do not buy this because it does not work as it should. Leaves dust and marks. And forget about customer service helping you. They will demand videos that show exactly all the steps you take, and when you have done that, they will come up with new requirements for it to be approved, which means you can never move forward in the process. The company and customer service are a joke. The positive reviews cannot be anything other than fake.

This window washer stopped working on the 3rd window. Namely, it is constantly stuck and cannot move forward. If you move it around a bit, it comes back to life, but after a few minutes it stops again. What do I do with it? Send back to you? I don't bother to get it wet anymore, if I have to pass the remote in my hand, then I might as well wash it myself. You can get a better result too.

Well, I expected it to run on the built-in battery for 20 min. and she's there just so he doesn't fall right away during a power outage. In addition, it drags a cable behind it, which always bends at the edge of the window. This cable should have an outlet somewhere in the middle of the device, so that it does not bend forever (improver). Apparently the power cable will break soon..

Trying to contact you - IMPOSSIBLE. I have bought the wrong devices. Want wireless = rechargeable. Will return. IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH YOU. I have tried to get in contact, BUT IMPOSSIBLE. I want to make return. I need your address. PLEASE!

Just like in the description and the introductory video. Recommended. Arrived quickly, it came from France. A little tuning and it works great. I give the manufacturer the opportunity to utilize the tuning.

What a thing! A BIG SURPRISE how easily this robot can clean windows! No purchase I regret! If only I had known this before, then I would have been a robot owner long ago!

I must say that I am very impressed! Super satisfied in other words 🤩 If I have to say something negative, it's that the sound level is a bit loud, that's the only thing. Easily worth the money 🤗

Falls down all the time, it's real rubbish even though I do it right according to the instruction manual, I have to sit by the window and catch it every time it falls down

I live on the 18th floor and have a glass railing on the balcony, so I bought this to be able to clean the outside of the railing so it was clean and works perfectly!

It's completely okay (I was actually a little fascinated) but you probably need to wash the polishing cloths first, they left a lot of lint on the window

WARNING: Customer service cannot be reached. The battery in the product I ordered cannot be charged.

Exceeded expectations, bought 2 more as we have a lot of windows.

It worked great great great for 25 days now it's just knocking.

Great little thing that does the job decently

Incredibly good for a cheap price!

Good but sounds a lot
