There is a replaceable, metal strap, there is a charger, but there is no cover😥 it's a pity. I had a watch, but there was no such menu. I decided to update myself a little bit. As for tracking movement and exercise... you set a sport on your watch and a completely different sport with a meaningless duration and 0 kcal is written to your phone. Definitely don't buy this watch for sports. The watch shows the blood sugar level even when the watch is on the table or turned off.
