My first order with them and I’m not happy at all. Was waiting for my matching night dress and negligee to come and they sent me the wrong size. I don’t think I will be ordering anything else from them after this. I’m housebound and I don’t get out only into my garden. I don’t know how I’m supposed to send it back because I can’t get out. That will be £32 wasted, £32 which could have gone towards my gas bill. Such incompetence I say, it didn’t even say my size on the bag. I took the items out of the bag and I could see straight away it wasn’t going to fit. It looks about a size 12 which I’m guessing is the small size. I want to say so much on here but I thought better of it. What I do say is buyer beware 😞😞

Really nice quality of materials used. What bothered me was the way the order was shipped. Having ordered many items at a time I received a large bag with all original wrappers torn and placed together with the randomly placed items in no protection whatsoever. It was a messy way to deliver someone's order. Especially that some of the sellers obviously used protective wrappers for their products, which were now torn and just put together in a bag. Rather disrespectful to both sellers and buyers.

Παρελαβα μια αλυσιδα απο ατσαλι 45 εκατοστα ενω ειχα παραγγειλει αλυσιδα απο ασημι 925 και 60 εκατοστα.Χρεωθηκα 19,80€ και παρελαβα λαθος αλυσιδα. Παρακαλω επιστροφη χρηματων. I received a wrong chain. It was made of stainless steel and it is 45 cm although I ordered a silver chain 925 and 60 cm. I paid 19,80 € for something i ve never ordered. Please a refund.

Very nice. Fabric way too stretchy, no way it's pure cotton, but it's soft and pleasant to the touch. Looks well sown. Picture got a bit hairy after 1 wash, but it's not the rubbery kind you'd expect, it's part of the fabric. I really like it, just wish it was cotton. Not sure about the fit, I ordered a bigger one for the foreseeable future.

The product that was delivered to me was a different colour from what was pictured. The fabric quality was very very poor and the finishing was very poor with threads hanging all over. I requested a refund and was declined without any proper review and consideration or even being offered an alternative. I don’t recommend this company!!!!

Hi I have not received the cross that I ordered plus it did not fit on the chain would not fit over the fastening clip on the chain .please advise i would like to thank you for speedy part refund as agreed due to recieving wring cross. Reputable company LindaWhite

I'm not completely convinced because the clasp opens itself from now and then. You need 1-2 stoppers at the end to make sure not to lose all your pretty charms (I unfortunately have lost some because I did not notice it was open 😔).
