Lei Feng Hat Men's Winter Imitation Fox Fur Northeast Thick Ear Protection and Cold Proof Hat Cycling Warm Windproof Skiing Hat

Good day, Today I finally received the ski suit that I had to wait for for more than two weeks. Upon opening the package, I unfortunately had to discover that the ski suit is of very poor quality. There are loose threads visible everywhere and the suit is very poorly made.. Furthermore, the trousers are missing the elastic strap that goes over the shoulders.. I am also disappointed with the hat, as the fibers or fluff already fall out when touching and wearing it. If I wash the hat, I fear that it will be completely unwearable afterwards.. Overall, the item does not meet my expectations or the description at all. I would therefore like to know how we can resolve the problem.. Kind regards

Very fluffy, soft and warm. For severe frosts!

Soft pleasant to the touch.

good cap
