The product has NOT been delivered and cannot be claimed anywhere or in any way. JOOM "does not know" which postal company made the delivery. However, they tell me to claim it from them with the tracking number. It is recorded as delivered at 2:54 PM last Saturday, September 12th, when there was no one at the shipping address.
