The 1st 2 photos are what is on the website which has obviously been taken from another website as this is definitely what was delivered! The stitching on the handle is so bad & will definitely unravel if I used it. Same for handles attached to the woven bag. The name on the tape is different from the website & has been cut through the name on both handles. I have tried to request a return but the website just sends you round in circles, I’m presuming this is intended!! It would not buy again from this site & would strongly recommend you don’t throw you money away to them either. Rubbish quality & company 😡
I’m very disappointed with this purchase. The loafers I received do not match the photos in the listing at all. The quality, color, and details are clearly different from what was advertised. Additionally, I did not receive a full refund, which is unacceptable given that the item was not as described. This experience feels unfair and misleading. I would not recommend buying from this seller.
The order took a very long time to arrive. Overall, the quality was good. I was very upset because after a long wait, I received a completely different size. The shoes ran small. I filed a return. I might order from the same seller again. I hope they'll be more attentive next time, as there are additional shipping costs.
The little teeth, the tab to engage the lights. Is in the wrong spot. It about 3-4 mm too far to the centre. It will not fit. I have made some modifications and it is not able to work from factory. Could have been such a simple install for me.
