I do not recommend this product at all. It is not a real air conditioner, even though the product description makes it appear to be one. It is only a small air cooler that blows mostly warm air. Even after filling the tank with ice and very cold water, the cooling effect was almost nonexistent. The packaging was also unacceptable. The unit was simply placed inside the box without any protective material, no foam, and not even a plastic bag. For an electrical appliance, this is very poor packaging and could easily lead to damage during shipping. The product description is misleading and does not match the actual performance. I feel that I wasted my money on a product that does not do what it promises. To make matters worse, Joom's customer service has been extremely disappointing. They are very slow to respond, and in my case I received no meaningful help. It feels like once they have your money, they are no longer interested in helping their customers. Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I would not recommend either this product or buying it through Joom. Buyers should be very careful before purchasing this item.

It arrived damaged and unusable, yet they refuse a refund! I won't buy anything else from this shop! And now they say that I have to pay to return it. But don't provide an address where to send it to. Worst service I've ever encountered!

Bought this toy gun thought it was air soft. At first the product looked nice and robust. But after adding the silencer we found out this was not worth the money in any sense. The power of the bullets are not even close of air soft.

I'm pleasantly surprised. Great quality product. I ordered 100pcs. Got 10 boxes with each box having 10 sealed bags, with each 10 pieces. This is great value, especially if you use these with quantity.

Product is not the greatest quality, but it's fine for this price. The delivery was very fast. I got a message in Joom on the 7th that the parcel had arrived, but it had not. It arrived today.

The product is excellent, it's a pity the delivery was not as good , only by chance I found it in our local shop when the information said delivered to pick-up point didn't say where.
