Support for a return shipment is made significantly more difficult here. It is also not apparent that you can return goods, and if so, only at your own expense. Therefore, hands off this shop, which obviously does not support complaints.
The clip/the width of the hair part is much too narrow...only about 3cm wide - no pony/forehead is that narrow...I would need at least 2 parts to cover the forehead more or less evenly
