The shoes weren't packed in boxes. Therefore they are out of shape and the material smells like pure plastic. The left and right shoe doesn't even match exactly. The left ankle strap is longer than the right. The shoes aren't worth half the money. At the same time I've ordered a second pair in a different colour. It's been the same bad quality. I wanted a refund which was very difficult to request because the buttons for customer support in the app didn't work and their was no phone number or email address. Finally after a long search I found a phone number with an answering mashine and left a message. I got a full refund but I had to be very persistent. In the beginning they wanted to refund half of the price only for non wearable shoes.

The fit and quality are awful. The material is not for hot summers, it's terrible. Feels as if it has been starched!! The waiting period was very long and this item was not worth the wait!!! (P.S. soaked it in some fabric softener and even this did not help). Disappointed.

Realy good quality, price....so easy to recommend this product I recommend also you order a size up...as these are too small for me to wear More stuff to be thrown in the cupboard....I can hardly send them back now, can I. Obviously made for tiny feet

It takes some getting used to the height under the heel. These slippers are very flat and there is no difference between the sole at the front and the back. They also feel fairly cheap. We'll see what happens when worn, and how long they can be worn.
