Joom offers an incredibly bad service. It is impossible to get in touch with customer service. It says they may answer in 4-5 days ! That is NOT customer service. I got wrong colors on both ties I ordered. How is that possible? Reading other reviews this company should be thrown out from Joom. Under is their example of a black tie, and bright silver.
Came whole and undamaged, but the notebook and phamplets were missing. Thought it was very handy that they came with the flute so I was a bit disappointed when they were not included after all. Hope I manage to find it online. The flute looks to be of nice quality and looks very pretty.
