I ordered size M which is my normal size on tight and wasn't sure what to expect, but I like it. It doesn't roll down much as you can see on one of the photos. It would have been much nicer if the waistline and the tigh band was large. It is tighter on my tight and feels good on my stomach. I used the 3 line hooks. Hopefully it helps and do what is meant for. Again, is good for anti-shaffling🤔 not sure I spelt that correctly😀. I mean when you wear dress or skirt to stop the tighs rubbing together 🤷‍♀️

Ordered XL size , Fit is little loose so probably could of got away with ordering L size but was worried if it would be small. Comfortable to ware and fabric is nice and breathable so am happy with order and hope it helps in looseing a bit of weight. Might also order a L size to try as well . Delivery was also quick for the uk .so am very pleased.
