Specification:Item Type: Manual Pressure Test PumpPressure: 40kg/cm2Water Suction Rate Per Stroke: 32mlCapacity: 18LMaterial: IronSize: Approx. 40 x 33.5 x 16.5cm/15.75 x 13.19 x 6.50inchWeight: 3.3kg/7.3lb (approx.)Instructions: 1. Connect the water hose to the measured water pipeline (Note: sealed connection) 2. Fill the measured pipe with water, make air out and turn off the switch 3. Make the tank filled with water, lift the handle up and down, and then begin to test pressure 4. Stop pressing when the pressure reach the need 5. After stopping pressing, if the pressure indicated on the pressure gauge does not drop, it can prove that the pipeline pressure resistance is good , or the measured pipe is leakage.Failure Causes & Remedies: 1. When the handle moves up, no water suckeda. Check whether the suction pipe is clogged b. Check whether the switch is tightened 2.The movement is weak when the handle moves up and down a. Check whether the switch is tightened b. Check whether the piston shaft seal is damaged c. Check whether the one-way valve is clogged 3. The pressure displayed isn't stable a. Pipe joints or water leaks, replace the seals b. Table rod junction leakage, replace seals c. Gauge damage, repair gaugePackage List:1 x Pump Cover 1 x Water tank1 x Water Pipe1x Handle4 x Screw2 x Washer1 x Water Suction Nozzle1 x User Manual Note:Please note that the new type and old type of this product will be sent randomly, and make sure you will not mind before ordering..
