I am trying to contact you to find the order number and am not able to access on your site. This wine goblet is very poor quality. The cup is sitting off-centre and slanted on the stem. Very poor workmanship. I would like to know how to return or exchange for a proper copper wine glass. I would like this goblet replaced or my money back.. Please advise asap. Your site is not good to navigate and deal with. I have been trying to communicate with you for 3 days. Please let me know what to do ASAP!!!

I request a refund for the order or a reshipment in a package better protected from shocks. The fountain is dented and the copper is cracked inside. For the price it's really a waste. Furthermore, I can't get the chat back. My complaint is blocked following my input. I waited 3 weeks for the delivery, lost an hour with the application. And the work of the artisan of the handmade product was not respected by the carrier! Not even marked fragile!

the package was damaged and it is clear that it was repackaged. it is very surprising that to package such a product and at this price, the packaging is not rigid. I therefore request an immediate refund. I am therefore very disappointed with this first order from JOOM This site is a scam, especially do not order, they scammed me out of €144.78

The clock arrived broken, the hands are at the bottom of the package there is a hole in the packaging LA POSTE repaired the package, I reassembled the clock but it doesn't work it loses 4 hours every 24 hours how to do. cordially good day

The product arrived damaged and defective. The quality is unacceptable and the product does not meet the description. I am requesting a full refund, as the proposed 25% refund does not even cover the customs charges and other costs I paid.

So beautiful and finally accepted on the second order. I would order again immediately. The little Ganesha looks so beautiful. It was a gift and I forgot to photograph it.
