Jag har lite kritik angående passningen av framhjulet: Den högra framgaffelhållaren (högra framgaffeln på svenska) passar inte ordentligt på hjulaxeln! Den måste böjas inåt i den nedre änden av två starka män för att passa ordentligt på hjulaxeln! annars vilar den bara på den svagare snabbspännaxeln som är för tunn för cyklistens vikt! Den passar bra på vänster sida, men inte på höger sida. Hjulaxeln borde ha varit några centimeter längre för att den skulle passa ordentligt på hjulens högra sida. Eller den (den högra framgaffelhållaren) borde ha varit mer inåtböjd från början. Nu måste man böja detta själv för att det ska passa ordentligt, ett misstag från fabriken på en annars mycket fin produkt! Men om man är väldigt stark, eller har starka personer som kan hjälpa en att böja axelhållaren ungefär en centimeter eller lite mindre, kan det fixas. Annars en fin produkt, lätt att montera (lätt att sätta ihop) för de flesta, bakhjulet är redan monterat när man får paketet. Det hade varit bättre om framhjulet var monterat mer permanent som bakhjulet. Nu kräver framhjulet lite fixering, men det kan göras! Framhjulet kan tas bort lättare med snabbspännaxeln, men en normal, mer permanent montering som på bakhjulet hade varit bättre enligt min åsikt. En mycket fin och snygg skoter, men väldigt tung, inte så lätt som jag förväntade mig. Jag har inte testat att köra den än, men kommer att skriva mer om utomhustestningen senare om jag kan. Allt verkar fungera som det ska, förutom justeringsproblemen med framgaffelhållarna. Annars en fin produkt av hög kvalitet som kan rekommenderas! Man får en bra monteringsanvisning, man kan också se en monteringsvideo på youtube. Jag har provat Iscootern (I12) nu och den fungerar bra! den känns snabb och rolig att köra, snabbare än förväntat från start. Bromsarna är mycket effektiva, den stannar snabbt. I12-skotern fungerar bra! Säkrare än andra modeller där man står upp och kör. Sadeln är bekväm.

⭐ 1/5 — Very disappointing customer service I am extremely disappointed with Joom’s customer service. I have been trying to resolve a problem with my bicycle for almost 3 weeks, and the case still has not been properly resolved. First, the seller asked me to provide a quotation from a bicycle repair shop. I took the time to arrange this and provided the requested quotation. After that, instead of moving forward with the repair, I was told that the front wheel/tyre might not have been installed correctly. I explained several times that the wheel was installed correctly. I have now even followed the seller’s YouTube video and checked the assembly again. The problem is still exactly the same — the front wheel continues to make the noise. What is most frustrating is that I keep receiving the same requests and instructions again and again. I have already cooperated with everything requested from me, but instead of finding a solution, I am being asked to repeat the same checks. Almost 3 weeks have already been wasted dealing with this issue. Customer service should be helping to resolve the problem, not continuously delaying the case by asking the customer to repeat the same things.. I purchased the product expecting it to work properly. When there is a defect, I expect Joom and the seller to take responsibility and provide a clear solution — repair, replacement, or refund.. At this point, I am very disappointed with both the handling of my complaint and the amount of time I have had to spend trying to get a simple problem resolved.. Joom needs to improve its customer service and stop making customers go around in circles.

Unfortunately, the same thing happened to us as you often read... The description *also states* 24" tires/wheels..... What arrived were 26"... The boy is at school right now and thought there was a heater from Dad in the packaging that I should assemble..... Now this!!!!... If the manufacturer were here, I would have come by with the bike and they would have experienced the handyman in person!!! Let's see what customer service does now!!!!! After a good month, they have now decided to probably exchange the bicycle... However, it is too complicated for everyone involved to deliver the bicycle in 24" in a 26" box... Whether it's the seller or the support here.. NO ONE IS ABLE to think outside the box. My tip.... Tell the delivery person to wait and open the box immediately.... To possibly refuse acceptance. TEMU or Ali Express have 300% better and faster support. Every request is first answered in 5 days...or not.... I wish that no one ever buys here again, so that a bad provider is driven out of the market. Insolence

The product quality does not match what was advertised. The headlight works intermittently, but most of the time it does not work at all. More importantly, the battery was advertised to have a range of 30–65 kilometers, but in reality it can run for less than 10 kilometers. The distance from my home to my workplace is 7.6 km. In the morning, I rode the bike to work, but on the way back home the battery ran out in the middle of the trip. This forced me to pedal in bicycle mode for about 3 km to get home, on a road covered with thick snow. The rear seat is also of very poor quality; it looks like pieces of metal were simply welded together. I have tried to contact the seller to return the bicycle, but it is extremely difficult to reach them. Up to now, I still have not been able to contact anyone regarding the product return.

Haven't done a practical test outdoors due to the weather. Curious if the range is really that good. Looking forward to testing the bike with the specified 100Nm. So far everything is great. Today 28.02.2026 first test drive to see how far the battery lasts. 85 KM and dabei 950 meters of altitude I'm happy with that. It runs very smoothly even downhill. No wobbling, no rattling.. The speed display is at its limit (highest possible display) at 53.7 Km/h, although my Garmin showed me a maximum speed of 58.3.. Is a great bike

I purchased this product and after only one and half month of normal riding, it completely stopped working due to a transmission issue. A product at this price should not fail so quickly. What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer service. I have sent multiple emails and attempted to call the provided phone number several times, but I have received no response whatsoever. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored when trying resolve a legitimate warranty issue. I expected better product quality and, at the very least, customer support. Until this issue is properly addressed, I cannot recommend this product.

I'm extremely satisfied with this electric bike – everything is just perfect! The setup is incredibly well thought out, and you can see attention to every detail. All the necessary safety features are included, and the whole package feels solid, modern, and ready to ride straight out of the box. The assembly was easy, the design is sleek, and the performance is exactly what I expected (or even better). It's clear that quality and safety were a priority. I’ve used many bikes before, but this one really stands out. Highly recommended – 10 out of 10 without a doubt!

Order G5972YXG placed October 8 delivered October 15 by GLS. We have received the scooter and it came with a factory error in the motor and has burned the charger. I attach images and the scooter is already packaged in its original packaging.
