The design focuses the hook point inward to prevent unnecessary contact with rocks and structures, reducing wear on the hook point! ○ "Short shank design"...By making the shank short, the hook point can easily approach the plug, increasing the hooking rate around the mouth. It also reduces entanglement between hooks when attached to small lures. ○ "Deep Throat Design"...The deep throat design with a long holding zone improves the catch rate. ○ "Barbless (no barb)"...Less damage to the fish, suitable for catch and release. Also, hooking to wear or net can be quickly eliminated.
