Kitchenaid Semi-Automatic Coffee Maker Kitchenaid Color: Porcelain

KitchenAid Espresso Semi-Automatic Portafilter Espresso Machine 5KES6551

Semi-automatic espresso machine with a metal housing, integrated grinder with stainless steel burrs, and a 58mm portafilter with a flat base. It allows you to prepare single and double espressos, froth milk with the steam wand, and dispense hot water.

• The all-metal housing gives the machine a rigid structure and looks equally good from all angles, even on a kitchen island.

• The integrated grinder with a wide range of grind adjustments, along with micro-adjustment and an intelligent dosing system, ensures consistent brewing results; the amount of ground coffee can also be adjusted manually.

• The grinder's portafilter holder keeps it stable when grinding directly into the basket, while the portafilter's flat base, without protruding spouts, facilitates even tamping with the tamper.

• The removable bean container with a tight-fitting lid protects coffee freshness, simplifies blend changes, and makes grinder cleaning simple.

• The large, removable water tank allows you to prepare over 30 espressos without refilling.

• Hidden wheels in the base allow you to move the device across the countertop or out of a cabinet for maintenance.

• Three-stage brewing temperature adjustment, a cup warmer, brewing area illumination, and the ability to pause brewing give you control over your brew.

• The appliance operates quietly during both grinding and brewing, as confirmed by the Quiet Mark certification; the design was awarded the Red Dot Design Award 2024.

Material and technology

• Water is heated by a single thermocoil (Thermocoil), which heats the water in flow and shortens the waiting time.

• Antistatic grinding with an ion generator reduces sticking and spilling of ground coffee when pouring into the portafilter.
