I can't be honest about my feelings of excitement. Synopsis: Getting off the train and exiting the ticket gate, he waits for someone. A faint sense of nostalgia mixed with a touch of anxiety. —To live again in the town where he once lived. The road from the station, a path he had long forgotten. Led by two beautiful childhood friends, sisters, he walks towards his new home... ...or so he thought, but the apartment that "must" have been there has been magnificently transformed into an object woven from countless pillars, trucks, and various other things... Sakazuki-cho— In this corner, a little distance from the city center, is a downtown area where the chimneys of public bathhouses still emit smoke. Turning the corner at the pharmacy that still displays a bald mascot, and walking a short distance, you'll find a takoyaki shop called "Senju." The Todoroki family runs that takoyaki shop. Sakurako is the second of the three sisters who live there. She was once his childhood friend and the object of his affection... but he, Yazaki Yu, doesn't dwell on the past. In fact, he doesn't show even a trace of lingering feelings. He watches over her from the shadows... That's the way he lives. ...Well, that's just what I hope it is. And so, for reasons unknown, the protagonist, Yu Yazaki, ends up living on the second floor of a takoyaki shop. There are the three Todoroki sisters, granddaughters of the old woman who runs the takoyaki shop: the eldest sister, a slightly scatterbrained office worker; the friendly youngest sister; and the overly nosy second sister, Sakurako... A hostile young lady, another missing transfer student, and classmates who call themselves the school's poster girl and a self-proclaimed gentleman—with a mix of anticipation and anxiety, my new life begins without a moment's delay. ...Hang in there, me.
