Fake! I ordered the same watch in black from Daniel Wellington for comparison and selection.. It is clearly visible that the white watch is a fake. The background does not shimmer - which it should. The watch is larger and thicker than the original. The logo in the watch is much too small and too thick, moreover it stands out and it is not as finely crafted as the original. The logo on the back is also different in terms of size and thickness. Furthermore, the engraving is really messy, you can see a clear difference compared to the original.. Furthermore, I received a false label with the watch, which mentions an Italian calfskin strap - as can be seen in the photos, clearly not the case ... (Which is so obvious that it's almost amusing). I have already reported the fraud/counterfeit via Klarna and also Joom. There has been no feedback from the seller so far.. Since the ad clearly stated a "Daniel Wellington watch" was being sold (not "similar to" or "counterfeit" - (which I would never have ordered)), I will not pay for this item. I bought an original and will not pay for a fake.. I'm curious if the seller will be reasonable enough to not even start a discussion with these clear photos.. I can gladly post an update as soon as the seller's justification is available..

I do not recommend this product at all. It is not a real air conditioner, even though the product description makes it appear to be one. It is only a small air cooler that blows mostly warm air. Even after filling the tank with ice and very cold water, the cooling effect was almost nonexistent. The packaging was also unacceptable. The unit was simply placed inside the box without any protective material, no foam, and not even a plastic bag. For an electrical appliance, this is very poor packaging and could easily lead to damage during shipping.. The product description is misleading and does not match the actual performance. I feel that I wasted my money on a product that does not do what it promises.. To make matters worse, Joom's customer service has been extremely disappointing. They are very slow to respond, and in my case I received no meaningful help. It feels like once they have your money, they are no longer interested in helping their customers. Overall, this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. I would not recommend either this product or buying it through Joom. Buyers should be very careful before purchasing this item.

Nice large inflatable rubber pool. Unfortunately, the electric pump I ordered was no longer available, sold out. Now I have to see where I can get an electric pump to inflate the rubber pool. However, the pool is great for cooling down. I am very satisfied with the size. I have found an electric pump. The white upper edge of the pool is easy to inflate, but everything else where I would have had to fill the water has no connection for the pump, for any pump. This means the pool is useless. SikaMur was advertised as the cheapest best offer for 347 zł, there were supposed to be 10 pieces, but one piece arrived, and it was also damaged, the contents are leaking. I wrote on Messenger to the company that sent me this package, described the damage, sent photos, and to this day no one has responded. I am disappointed because not only did I pay the most, because for example on Allegro for this money I would have had 3 pieces and still had money left, but it arrived damaged. Disaster.

The white piece forming the feet is broken and the chrome ring that serves as a riser is dented as I had suspected. I unpacked everything on the pavement in front of the driver who didn't know what to say. I pointed out the damage to him. The part that fits on is much less solid than the old models. Nevertheless, the strongest point is that the quality is good and the price is very nice, about half of the old models.

The quality is not that great. For the price, I would have expected something else. Does NOT look like the photo! Furthermore, I received no notification about the location of my order. In customer support, they told me it would take at least 8 days for my request to be processed. I couldn't speak to anyone in live support, and I also couldn't find a phone number.. Very unprofessional!

The product is impeccable. But I paid for shipping for the order to come to my address and the order was delivered to a pickup point and they didn't even inform me of the pickup point's address. I had to go looking for it at the various available points in my area... DPD is one of the worst carriers out there.. if it happens again, I will stop being your customer.

NOT at all satisfied. I noticed since delivery that the temperatures recorded were false. The temperature from the outdoor sensor was different from the one displayed on the station.. I asked for a refund. It was a waste of time.. Supplier deleted from my file. I will NEVER order from you again.
