CoFika Crema Rich [Produces a rich and creamy crema] Moka Pot, Stovetop Espresso Maker, 1-2 Cup Capacity, High Pressure (Pink)

[Improved Safety Valve] While conventional moka pots are designed to release pressure at 1-2 atmospheres or higher, the CoFika Crema Rich's safety valve is designed to release pressure at approximately 4.5 atmospheres or higher. This allows for extraction at higher pressures.

[CoFika Moka Pot Pack Screen] Pack screens are mainly used in fully automatic espresso machines, but we wondered if they could also be used in moka pots, and developed this product after testing. With conventional moka pots, using a pack screen could cause excessive pressure on the device, potentially leading to damage, breakage, or problems such as coffee not coming up. This has been improved by increasing the durability of the moka pot itself.

[Pressure Boosting Valve at the Extraction Outlet] The coffee extraction section serves to prevent splashing and boost pressure. The design covers the extraction section to prevent splashing during espresso extraction, and an internal spring allows for a pressure of approximately 1.8-2.2.

[Supports Extra Fine Grinds] It can handle extra-fine grinds, which are not supported by typical moka pots. By adjusting the grind size, you can enjoy your preferred crema texture and quantity.

[1-2 cups can be extracted] You can change the amount of espresso extracted by changing the amount of water. With 80ml of water, approximately 40ml-55ml of espresso is extracted (1 cup). With 100ml of water, approximately 55ml-75ml of espresso is extracted (2 cups). *The amount of espresso extracted may vary depending on the heat, ambient temperature, and extraction conditions.
