KitchenAid Artisan 5KSM185 4.8L Planetary Mixer Multifunctional planetary mixer with a tilt-head, designed for whipping, aerating, and kneading dough. All-metal construction with stainless steel tools and chrome details. • The metal housing and non-slip rubber feet keep the device stable on the countertop, even when kneading heavy dough. • Direct gear drive, without a belt or chain, transfers power simultaneously to the tool in the bowl and the attachment socket, operating more quietly and with less energy loss. • The tool's planetary motion—rotation around its own axis and simultaneously around the bowl's circumference—engages the entire volume of the mixture and leaves no dead zones near the walls. • Gradual speed control allows you to adjust the speed from slow mixing of loose ingredients to intense whipping. • The drive socket on the head allows you to expand the mixer's applications with powered attachments. • The 4.8L bowl is partially brushed on the outside, and its shape and streamlined body make it easier to keep the device clean. • Whipping cream, egg whites, mayonnaise, meringue and sponge cakes • Sponge cakes, gingerbread, cheesecake masses, custard and butter creams • Yeast cakes: challah, pizza, rye bread, as well as pasta and angel wings dough • Potato purée, ground masses for cutlets and pâté mass Material and technology • High-temperature hardened varnish is resistant to mechanical damage and retains its appearance for years. • 4.8L decorative INOX bowl • Artisan 5 INOX whisk • Artisan 5 INOX hook • Artisan 5 INOX flat beater • 3L INOX bowl • Bowl cover • Type: Planetary mixer • Type: Tilting head • Bowl capacity: 4.8L • Power: 300 W • Motor type: AC (alternating current) with direct drive • Speed regulation: Stepless - 10 gears • Voltage: 220 - 240 V • Frequency: 50/60 Hz • Body material: Zinc die-cast • Product dimensions (H x W x D): 34.3 x 21.1 x 33.8 cm • Packaging dimensions (H x W x D): 43 x 29 x 41 cm • Net weight: 10.6 kg • Gross weight: 12.4 kg • Country of origin: USA Use and maintenance • The smaller 3L bowl can be stored inside the 4.8L bowl, saving space in your cabinet. • The recommended maximum amounts of ingredients per serving should not be exceeded.
