I even asked my neighbors to be sure it wasn't given to one of them, but nothing: no one picked up a package for me. I don't know what happened with this package, but it's not my place to pay the consequences (I paid to receive this order which I ultimately never received) and I therefore wish to obtain a refund please because this is not normal at all. I shouldn't have to pay for the unprofessionalism of the person who never delivered my package. Even though I explained the situation to Joom customer service and made a refund request, they did not grant it to me. I find that unacceptable.
