The quality is very poor in general, but the wig is the winner! Feel free to compare what they’re selling with what you’re getting. And what about the “free gift”? My daughter couldn’t wait to hang it on her school bag, but guess what? There was no free gift in the package! All in all, it was a very disappointing experience, and my first and last purchase on Joom.
Wig with the braid included but very poorly done, because the braid is thin and on top it doesn't stay fixed in the center and is always moving to the sides. In addition, it has loose "hairs" on top as well, not giving the effect of the hair being up at all. Very poorly made for the very high price for it.
TERRIBLE shipping, my package was left 10km away from my house in the garden of a residence and I only found out because the owner contacted me!! TERRIBLE SDA Couriers INCOMPETENT
It's the first time I've ordered on Joom and everything was perfect, shipping always trackable and within the delivery times. Excellent product price-quality ratio 👍
Sizing of the pants too small doesn't match the sizing charter for an XL, the jacket and the t shirt fit perfectly and are nice quality
