Açıklama

This is a set of two sake cups made of 100% tin and adorned with gold leaf. Among the many sake cups available, this one boasts a standard yet refined shape, making it a consistently popular choice. Tin has been used since ancient times for sake and tea utensils, with beliefs such as "water in a tin vessel never spoils" and "sake tastes better after being placed in a tin vessel." The gold leaf used is sourced from Kanazawa, which accounts for 99% of the national gold leaf market share. The set is wrapped in washi paper. Each cup is handcrafted by artisans. It makes an excellent gift.

Size: Height: 4.4cm, Diameter: 6.7cm Material: 100% Tin, Gold Leaf Capacity: Full: 90cc Weight: Approx. 140g (weight in box) Notes: Comes in a gift box (5.0 x 7.7 x 7.7cm) [Wrapped in high-quality washi paper.] Perfect for birthdays, weddings, 60th birthdays, anniversaries, and other special occasions. A highly popular item meticulously crafted by artisans at Nousaku, a leading traditional Japanese craft brand.

This sake cup is a collaboration with gold leaf, a traditional craft representative of Kanazawa. The brilliance of the gold leaf further enhances the appeal of sake. Because it is made of 100% tin, which is soft and unsuitable for machine work, each sake cup is handcrafted by artisans. The gold leaf is then applied piece by piece by Kanazawa craftsmen to complete the cup. Due to tin's high thermal conductivity, placing the cup in the refrigerator for 1-2 minutes will cool it to a comfortable temperature, making it ideal for chilled or lukewarm sake. The luxurious finish makes it perfect for celebrations and as a gift.

After use, wash with a soft sponge and a neutral dish soap. If the shine dulls, use baking soda. Also, because 100% tin is soft, do not scrub with a hard brush, as this may scratch the surface. Due to its low melting point, do not place it near open flames. As it is a metal, it cannot be used in a microwave. Due to the potential for high temperatures, do not use a dishwasher or dryer.

Do not put this item in the freezer, as low temperatures may cause the tin to deteriorate. Also, avoid storing it in the refrigerator for extended periods. Furthermore, do not leave highly acidic or darkly colored items in it for long periods, as this may cause discoloration.
