Terrible experience: used and broken product. No response from the seller. Unfortunately, the product arrived in unacceptable condition: damaged packaging, clear signs of wear, and the item was completely non-functional. Despite my repeated attempts to contact support to request a refund for a non-conforming item, I have received no response... I demand a full refund and instructions for the return at the seller's expense.. Unfortunately, the product arrived in unacceptable condition: the package is damaged, the item shows clear signs of wear and is completely non-functional. As this is a non-conforming and damaged good, I request a full refund of the amount paid.. Waiting for instructions for the return (at your expense) and confirmation of the refund. 🔝 I received the waterproof tarpaulin for the table football table, which is available in black and grey, after 2.5 weeks delivery time, well packaged and consolidated in Austria. 🔝 The tarpaulin has a cord that allows it to be adjusted exactly to the table and tightened. The tarpaulin is coated on the inside and seems very stable to me. 🔝 The product comes with an additional cover to store the tarpaulin. I think it is a great quality product at a reasonable price. I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend the tarpaulin for the table football table! Music by Capcut pro. 👍💯🔝
