No stars! Shows as delivered but I have not received these four items. Nobody took any parcels in for me, nothing near or around my property. Customer Service is a joke claiming they are busy and I get a response in EIGHT days or LONGER. I want my money back. Those were too expensive to start with I found out. The other four came just fine. Customer Service needs to sort it out asap.

The photos speak for themselves, damaged products, even though they are supposed to be new. More than 1 album out of 2 is broken. Packaging needs to be reviewed, REALLY. And the shipping times too, because receiving the order only now, when I ordered at the beginning of May... to the point of receiving my end-of-May orders before this one? Ridiculous.
2 albums, one of which is badly broken, as if bubble wrap was going to be enough to protect an album box that travels so much to reach its destination... And on top of that, delivery is paid for?? With over a month to wait to receive them in this condition? A joke.
I received my 2 albums OPEN and EMPTY. No inclusions, no PCs, no IDs, nor the 2 double-sided photos. In short, just the CD. Order sent super late, only to receive the albums open and EMPTY.. a catastrophe. I absolutely do not recommend.
