I did not receive a message on the delivery day ( FAN 27.11.2025 ) and I was not called on the phone. I sent a message and photos to the support address : support@support.joom.com because the report was not registered here. I wish to replace the products or have the money returned to the account/card from which I paid. This text refers to parcel SHRO0540024280, AWB 7000105271923 FAN. It was incorrectly placed at the last position: white rose.
The LED ring has a good workmanship. Item exactly as described. Luminosity is very bright. Switching between warm and cold light is simple at the push of a button. The included attachment for the tripod is convincing, the ball joint allows the ring to be placed in different positions. Price / offer: Very good. Really love the ring.
The LED light arrived safely packed in bubble wrap. 🤗 Good workmanship and quality.👍 There were several watts to choose from.🌸 3, 5, 7 and 9 watts.😻 I chose the 9 watts.🔦 It shines bright 💡 and is provided with a hanging loop.👌 The cable is about 1 meter long.😍 However, without a battery.🤔 The delivery took place within a month.🚐 Many 💜 thanks 💐
The article is actually as described. Unfortunately, inductive charging does not work if the holder is glued to a protective case. This seems to only work directly on the device. I definitely don't do that with the iPhone 16pro. Otherwise a perfect fit for Quadlock and definitely does what was promised.
It just doesn't charge the batteries. It turns on regularly. I connected it to an original Samsung power supply but it can't do its job even keeping the batteries charged for over 12 hours. Very disappointed... Well done Joom who refunded me promptly!
