Good afternoon, this is my first order on Joom, and I am very disappointed. I ordered a genuine leather backpack-style bag, as described in the seller's card, but I received a completely different bag made of faux leather, which is smaller in size and has a different model and color. The bag does not match the photos provided by the seller. It is of very poor quality. It will be impossible to wear. It has a pungent odor.

Shame that the sellers are too lazy to add all the frame and lens dimensions to the description! The glasses are beautiful, solid, and of good quality, BUT they don't fit me because the dimensions were missing from the description and I took a risk ordering them with "eyes closed"!
