Zor

I am so disappointed with this product, it does not match the photograph, the front opening is so big you can see everything I would rather have covered up. However, the most frustrating part is working out how to return the item. I have spent a long time trying to read through the instructions but am not able to find the return and refund button anywhere on the screen or seem to be able to access any help. I am therefore unable to return an item that I am not satisfied with and feel that the image was extremely misleading. I have never left a review of this nature before but I am feeling increasingly frustrated with the fact that this item will be going to a charity shop or clothes bin. Needless to say, I will not be purchasing from this company again.

For me, at the moment, zero stars. This is not the product I ordered. The only thing that matches is the shape, nothing more. The color is not the same, the packaging is clearly different, the color is chemical, the smell is of soap. It probably hasn't even been near a herbal shampoo. What herbal, natural shampoo gives such a color? A mesh was supposed to be included to wash the hair better, the mesh is missing 🤷🏼‍♀️ I'll give it a month, because it's supposed to work wonders within a month. If there is no effect, it means it's a plain scam 🤬

The calendar is a counterfeit from the Littlest PetShop brand, the photo they put is from the original brand and what they send you is a counterfeit and a very bad one, we send them emails for the return and they want to treat you like fools and if you want to return it you have to pay the shipping costs to China, DO NOT BUY IN THIS STORE, the after-sales service is terrible and the products are of very poor quality, MISLEADING ADVERTISING TO ATTRACT CUSTOMERS

Instead of a toilet seat, I received a small cutting board. I feel cheated and request a full refund because I did not accept the 50% amount that Joom is offering me. Why should fraud be promoted with payment? Please reconsider my application Wanda K.

I just received the product! Since everything was written in English, I made a mistake. I request the RETURN OF THE PRODUCT IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING. THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS. . Thank you for giving me your return contact details.
