Pay attention to the indication of the product's origin! The advertisement indicated Germany, but when I intended to return the item, I was informed that I would have to send it to China, bearing the international shipping costs.. This situation raises doubts about the information presented in the advertisement and about the return conditions. I recommend that, before buying, you carefully confirm the origin of the product and the return conditions, to avoid unpleasant surprises.. Customer support also takes several days to respond, making problem resolution more time-consuming.

when it arrived, there were missing parts—quite a few parts were missing. The product arrived quickly—the shipping deserves 5 stars—but it arrived with many missing parts; the seat and 60% of the components needed for assembly were not included.

The shipping process is confusing and doesn't offer many security guarantees, but the product arrived in excellent condition and matches the advertisement.
