The bracelet is presented as being made of 925 silver. silver, the item received has an appearance, weight, and finish that do not correspond to the usual characteristics of silver. At first glance and to the touch, it appears to be made of an ordinary metal. Furthermore, the « 925 » hallmark, although mentioned in the product description, is completely absent from the bracelet received. This absence seriously calls into question the conformity and authenticity of the product.. I consider this to be a misleading description, likely to mislead the consumer regarding the true nature of the item sold. The product delivered does not match the advertisement. I therefore request a full refund of my purchase and urge future buyers to exercise the utmost vigilance before ordering this product.

Delivery takes place after 20 days. The pendant was shipped in a plastic bag inside a beautiful gift box👍 in a bubble envelope as part of a bulk order. First of all I have to say it's really unfortunate😮‍💨 because the pendant doesn't match the product image. (See the last uploaded picture)😤 In addition, there is the poor workmanship for the price ratio.😨 Some details are not shiny silver, but have grayish uneven areas, especially near the faces. The silver hallmark is present on the hanging device. Unfortunately, the pendant does not fit on my Pandora bracelet either. Too many flaws for me personally. I can't recommend it.😥

I made an order for over 100 PLN, the package did not arrive because the label did not include the house or apartment number. The website shows that the package was delivered, so I am not entitled to a guarantee, and the post office said that the package was returned to the sender. I received an SMS with the code needed for collection, but the package did not arrive and I did not provide this code, I just do not know why the status is "delivered". I wrote an email to the logistics department, no response so far.

I don't think it's silver, the 925 sterling logo is crushed hard to see. When it is silver, the 925 impression has to be uniform, well pressed, legible and with legal numbers. It lacks everything that I indicate written. Possibly I claimed misleading product price. In the end I was right, it is not silver, it is an alloy with another metal.
